PureSeal EnviroStrip Pro removes paints, coatings, and surface treatments without relying on aggressive solvent-based chemistry. Its powerful water-based gel clings to vertical and horizontal surfaces, giving the active ingredients time to break down stubborn coatings for easier removal. The advanced formula offers a safer alternative to many traditional paint and coating strippers. Because it contains no Dichloromethane, users do not require specialist HSE training for paint removal applications. EnviroStrip Pro works across a wide range of restoration and refurbishment projects. Whether you’re removing old coatings before resealing a surface or preparing a substrate for further treatment, it helps simplify the process while reducing the risks associated with harsher stripping products. For best results, always contain and collect any waste material created during the removal process. Do not allow residues or debris to enter surface water drains, watercourses, or drainage systems.

Application:

Always test on a small, inconspicuous area before use to enable you to work out coverage and method of removal. Mask any painted or sensitive surfaces local to the working area. Apply to the surface in a thick layer without brushing the product out too thin. Leave on the surface for 20 minutes.

Apply another thick coat directly on top of the first coat, leave for a further 20 minutes, and then pressure wash off. If you are removing multiple layers or tough coatings like polyurethane, you may need to cover the stripping gel for 8-12 hours with a plastic sheet to prevent it from drying out and then pressure wash off the following day.

Always pressure wash off from the bottom upwards to prevent washing the stripping gel off above the working area. Do not apply to a wet surface and keep any water away from a treated surface.

Top Tips:

Do not allow EnviroStrip to dry out as the coating you are trying to remove will re-set. Do not allow the gel to get wet, this will hinder performance.
