Delivery & Shipping Information
Once you have selected your items from our shop and placed them in your basket, you will be prompted to add your Shipping details in the relevant boxes. A mobile phone number must be entered at the time of order so our drivers and courier companies can keep you updated on delivery days, etc. Please ensure that your items and order details are correct, as once your order is placed and confirmed, we can not add additional items to it. Shipping is worked out by weight and allocated space on the delivery vehicles.
Based on the overall weight of your order, we will calculate the most cost-effective shipping method for you. This is split into two services:
1) Limited Quantities Delivery
This service is where we will split your hazardous items down into 5-litre containers and package them in boxes in accordance with ADR regulations. This will depend on the size of your order if the weight is over 85kg, then we can ship these items in 20L drums, and they will be delivered using our in-house ADR licensed drivers. LQ deliveries will be shipped with a domestic courier using a 1-to-3-day service. Any orders placed after 12:00pm will be processed the following day. Please note that delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. Although our couriers will aim to meet this deadline, delays, damages and losses can happen. If any of these circumstances do happen, please report these to info@puresealservices.co.uk
2) PureSeal Courier
This is where we will assign your bulky items to an in-house courier. PureSeal will deliver these items on a timescale based on weight and location. This estimated timescale can be seen in your order confirmation e-mail. These shipments are only available to mainland UK and parts of Scotland. Scotland deliveries for our in-house courier service may experience slight delays due to distance and location; however, we will endeavour to meet our timescales. Any orders placed after 12:00 p.m. will be processed the following day. We will change the delivery terms to 2-5 days in busier periods.
Sometimes, delays can happen due to unforeseen circumstances, such as traffic or accidents. On the odd occasion, you may receive your items early in the morning and late at night. This is because we are committed to our customers and will go the extra mile to ensure you receive your items within the stated timescales.
Customers living overseas or in remote locations may get different delivery timescales or encounter unexpected delays.
We will aim to get your items to you as quickly as possible. If you have not received your items within the timescales on your order confirmation, please contact us on 0333 577 8086.
If you are unavailable to take your delivery on the day of delivery, we will leave your items on your property. This applies to our in-house couriers and our limited-quantity couriers. If the item can not be left on your property, we will return the products to HQ and contact you for a reattempted delivery. This will be chargeable.
If you have specific requirements, please add these instructions to the comments when placing your order. If you request that any of our drivers or limited-quantity couriers (FedEx) leave your order in a safe place, this is done so at your own risk. We cannot accept responsibility for any loss or theft when products are left unattended.
In busy periods, we reserve the right to change your delivery service to ensure that you receive your order as soon as possible. Once an order has been placed and you have received your confirmation email, it can not be amended. Please ensure that you notify us of any delivery restrictions, including opening hours if you are a business, so we can make our driver aware.
