Delivery Information

Delivery & Shipping Information

Once you have selected your items from our shop and placed these items in your basket, you will be prompted to add your Shipping details into the relevant boxes. Please ensure that your items are correct, along with your order details, as once your order is placed and confirmed we can not add additional items to your order as shipping is worked out by weight and allocated a space on the delivery vehicles.

Based on the overall weight of your order, we will calculate the most cost effective shipping method for you. This is split in to 2 services:

1) Limited Quantities Delivery

This service is where we will split your hazardous items down in to 5 litre containers and package them in boxes in accordance with ADR regulations. This will depend on the size of your order as if the weight is over 85kg then we can ship these items in 20L drums and will be delvered using our in house ADR licensed drivers. These will be shipped with a domestic courier on a 1-3 day service. Any orders placed after 12:00pm will be processed the following day. Please note, 1-3 day delivery is an estimated timescale and not a guaranteed timescale. Although our couriers will aim to meet this deadline, delays, damages and losses can happen. If any of these circumstances do happen, please report these to info@puresealservices.co.uk

2) PureSeal Courier

This is where we will assign your bulky items to an in-house courier. PureSeal will deliver these items on a 1-3 day service. These shipments are only available to mainland UK and parts of Scotland. Scotland deliveries for our in house-courier service may experience slight delays due to distance and location however we will endeavour to meet our 1-3 day deadline. Any orders placed after 12:00pm will be processed the following day. In busier periods, we will change the delivery terms to 2-5 days.

Sometimes, due to unforeseen circumstance, delays can happen. Traffic, accidents can be the cause of this. On the odd occasion you may receive your items late at night. This is because we are committed to our customers and we will go the extra mile to ensure your receive your items in the stated timescales.

Customers who live overseas or in remote locations may get different delivery timescales or may encounter unexpected delays.

We will aim to get your items to you as quickly as possibly. If you have not received your items in the timescales above, please contact us on 0333 577 8086.

On the day of delivery if you are unavailable to take your delivery we will leave your items in a safe place. This applies to our in house couriers and our limited quantities couriers.

If you have specific requirements then please add these instructions to the comments when placing your order. If you request that any of our drivers or limited quantity couriers (FedEx) are to leave your order in a safe place this is done so at your own risk. We cannot accept responsibility for any loss or thefts when products are left unattatended.

In busy periods we reserve the right to change you delivery service to ensure that you receive your order as soon as possible. Once an order has been placed and you have received your confirmation email, these can not be amended.
3) Customer Unavailable
If you are unavailable or away from the delivery address when FedEx or any of our couriers attempt delivery, the driver will automatically attempt to leave with a neighbour or leave your items in a safe place. If this is not acceptable to you at the time of placing your order then please state this in the notes section and we will ensure that your products are not delivered until your signature has been obtained. If your order is left with a neighbour or in a safe place, we cannot accept responsibility for any loss or thefts in this scenario.
4) Back Orders
If any of our products are out of stock at any time, you will have the option to order your items on back order. This means the product will be shipped once available again and the delivery timescales on your invoice will be from when the product is back in stock, not when the order was placed.
