SynergyClean Pro & Oil Clear Pro – Complete Oil & Surface Cleaning System
SynergyClean Pro and Oil Clear Pro work together as a powerful two-step cleaning system designed to tackle heavy contamination, grease, oil staining, soot, and general surface dirt across a wide range of exterior surfaces.
Step 1 – SynergyClean Pro
SynergyClean Pro is a concentrated, heavy-duty cleaner developed for industrial and commercial cleaning applications. Its high-foam formulation makes it ideal for cleaning industrial cladding, plant machinery, UPVC, equipment, patios, block paving, concrete, and other hard surfaces.
The product can be applied via pressure sprayer, foam sprayer, water-fed pole, or brush, and works effectively with both hot and cold pressure washers.
Recommended dilution ratios:
- General cleaning – 1:20
- Stubborn stains – 1:5
- Soot and fire damage – 1:3
SynergyClean Pro penetrates and breaks down contamination prior to rinsing, making it an ideal preparation cleaner before using Oil Clear Pro on oil-stained surfaces.
Important Preparation Guidance
When using Oil Clear Pro after SynergyClean Pro, it is extremely important that the surface is not pressure washed before the application of Oil Clear Pro. Pressure washing first can force oil deeper into the substrate, reducing the effectiveness of the treatment process.
Instead, apply SynergyClean Pro to begin breaking down surface contamination, then proceed directly with Oil Clear Pro while the contamination remains near the surface.
Step 2 – Oil Clear Pro
Oil Clear Pro is a super concentrated treatment specifically formulated to push oil and grease contamination out from deep within porous surfaces without leaving residue behind.
It is highly effective on:
- Concrete
- Block paving
- Natural stone
- Wood and decking
- Marble and granite
- Other porous hard surfaces
Oil Clear Pro works by drawing embedded oil contamination back to the surface for removal, making it ideal for stubborn grease and oil stains that standard cleaners cannot fully eliminate.
For best results:
- Ensure the surface is completely dry before application
- Apply a saturated coat using a sprayer
- Allow up to 1 hour dwell time depending on contamination levels
- Do not allow the product to dry out
- Remove using hot water or a jet wash
- Repeat if necessary for severe contamination
Important Surface Restrictions
- Do not use SynergyClean Pro on aluminium, zinc, or other delicate metals.
- Do not use either product on tarmac or asphalt surfaces.

- Adding 1 litre of SynergyClean Pro to a diluted sodium hypochlorite mix significantly boosts cleaning performance.
- SynergyClean Pro is highly effective as a UPVC cleaner.
- Using Oil Clear Pro after SynergyClean Pro dramatically improves oil stain removal results on suitable surfaces.
