Refund & Returns Policy:

Change or cancel an order:

A change cannot occur to an order after you place it. Therefore, ensure your order and contact details are correct. Additionally, read the refund and returns policy fully.

If you want to amend your delivery address or cancel, please send this request via email to info@puresealservices.co.uk. If we haven’t packed or shipped your order yet, we may amend it. However, if we have already shipped your order, follow our Returns Procedure for unwanted products.

We also cannot cancel, refund, or exchange certain products. Specifically, these include bespoke chemicals or perishable items like Sodium Hypochlorite products.

Discount Codes:

If you wish to use a discount code, ensure that you add the correct items to your basket and enter the code. Unfortunately, we cannot refund or deduct from an already completed order. If you order the wrong product or miss applying a code, email us at info@puresealservices.co.uk for a full refund. This process allows you to reorder the correct items and/or add the discount code. Please note that refunds take 7-10 days to reach your account. Consequently, double-check all orders before purchasing.

Approved Applicator Training Courses:

If you book a training course and wish to cancel or reschedule, we allow full refunds for cancellations made before 14 days of the course start date. Conversely, cancellations within 14 days won’t qualify for a refund.

Moreover, you can transfer refunded fees to another course by calling 0333 577 8086 or emailing info@puresealservices.co.uk. If we don’t enroll enough candidates for a course, we will cancel training. In that case, we will move you to the next available date or allow you to select a new date at no extra cost.

Track Your Order:

After you place your order, you will receive an email confirmation. If you order during our business hours (09:00 am to 04:00 pm, Monday to Friday), we will pack and dispatch your order the same day. However, if you order after business hours or on weekends, we will ship on the next working day.

If your order arrives partially, it indicates that the courier network may have delayed it. We never part-ship orders without prior notification and agreement.

Missing, Incomplete, Late, or Damaged Orders:

First, inspect all items upon delivery and report any damages within the given timescales. Additionally, check the courier’s tracking system to see your order status. You can find this information in the email or text message from our couriers.

Although we provide an estimated timescale, these are not guaranteed. If your order is incomplete, track each part using the mentioned methods.

Due to COVID and driver shortages, some deliveries may take longer than anticipated. Therefore, please allow a little time before contacting us.

For damaged products or incomplete orders, please contact us at 0333 577 8086 or via email at info@puresealservices.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery.

If a courier confirms that your order is missing, please contact us in writing at info@puresealservices.co.uk. You must do this within 10 days of the notified delivery date. Once we confirm the courier lost your order, we will reship the missing items without extra shipping costs.

Returns Procedure:

You must process all returns through PureSeal Services UK Ltd. If you wish to return items, kindly send that request via email to info@puresealservices.co.uk.

We will process refunds within 10 days of receiving items back unopened and in good resaleable condition. Furthermore, we will refund the credit or debit card you used to place the order or use the provided PayPal details. Please be aware that a restocking fee of 10% applies to products that have been opened.
