Description
PureSeal Xylene is an important part of your kit if you are using any of our solvent-based sealers (Concrete Sealer Pro, MultiSeal Pro, and Tarmac Restorer Pro). This chemical is required to clean your equipment after use. It is also very effective at removing trapped moisture and repairing damaged sealers. This product is highly flammable, so care and consideration are required when using it.
Application:
To treat trapped moisture or repair damaged sealer, apply a generous coat of Xylene to the affected area and leave for a couple of minutes or until the area goes tacky. Scrub with a brush and allow to set as standard.
For cleaning your equipment, allow to soak in Xylene for a couple of minutes or until the sealer has been completely dissolved. To clean your sprayer, pour 1 litre of Xylene into your sprayer, fasten the lid, and shake it well. Spray the contents of the sprayer back into the Xylene container.
Top Tips:
Keep well away from sources of ignition. Take care not to spill on to tarmac when in use.
