Description
RapidStrip Pro is a professional use-only coating remover containing dichloromethane and methanol. It has been specially formulated to remove hard-wearing adhesives, resins, and other contaminants from surfaces. When using this product, we always recommend using a pressure washer and using a pressure washer with hot water will speed up the removal process. PLEASE NOTE if you are using this product as a paint stripper.
Application:Consult MSDS before proceeding. KEEP AWAY FROM CHILDREN. Wear suitable protective clothing, gloves and goggles during all stages of handling the product. Shake well before use. Cover the lid with a cloth and hold away from your face during opening. Pour RapidStrip Pro into a suitable container and replace the lid on the container. Apply a generous even coat by brush do not over brush. Leave for between 5 – 10 minutes until the product reacts with the adhesive or resin (some types of coating may require a longer contact time of 20 – 40 minutes). After the above time has elapsed, apply a second coat using a dabbing motion without removing the first coat and leave for the same amount of time as the first coat. Use a pressure washer to remove the coating taking care to damage the surface. Power wash clean with cold water. Clean tools and equipment immediately after use with clean soapy water.
Top Tips:If you are not getting the results from dwell times above, switch to shorter dwell times. Heat/hot water speeds up and makes the removal process much quicker.
