PorcelainSealer Pro provides long-lasting protection for outdoor and indoor porcelain surfaces without altering their appearance. The advanced formula penetrates microscopic pores within the surface, creating an invisible barrier that helps resist water, oil, grease, and everyday staining. Unlike film-forming sealers, PorcelainSealer Pro does not leave a visible coating on the surface. Instead, it protects from within while allowing the material to remain fully breathable. As a result, the natural appearance of the porcelain remains unchanged. Once cured, the sealer helps reduce staining and makes routine cleaning easier. Full protection develops gradually and can take up to seven days to reach maximum performance. PorcelainSealer Pro is suitable for porous porcelain surfaces only. It will not penetrate polished, glazed, or other non-porous materials, where the formula cannot absorb into the surface.

Application:

Always test a small, inconspicuous area of the substrate to ensure compatibility and calculate coverage. The Porcelain should be clean, dry and free from dirt, algae etc prior to application. Do not apply if rain is forecast within 4 hours of application. Keep pets and children away from treated surfaces until the sealer has completely dried. Allow 24 hours before heavy traffic. Apply a generous coat at approximately 9-12m² per litre using a brush or sprayer. Apply evenly, ensuring that you do not leave brush marks or puddles on the surface.

If puddles or pooling occurs, then use a cloth to remove these. If left on the surface, the sealer will dry patchy and reduce performance. If you find that the Porcelain is absorbing the product fast, apply a first coat to saturation and remove any puddles and pooling; once the first coat starts to soak in, apply a second coat, ensuring that this is done whilst the first coat is still wet (wet on wet). Only apply in temperatures between 10°C and 30°C.

Top Tips:

Can be used on other porous surfaces where an invisible finish is required. Use a leaf blower to disperse any excess sealer on the surface.
