At PureSeal Services, we have spent years developing professional-use biocides that perform in real-world exterior cleaning environments. Products such as BioClear Pro, BioClear 50 Pro, and BacClear Pro continue to deliver excellent results across the UK. We did not create HybridBio Pro to replace those products. We developed it to push concentration, coverage, and treatment efficiency even further for professional contractors. The result is something completely different. HybridBio Pro combines BAC80 and DDAC80 actives. It is currently the only professional exterior cleaning biocide available with an 80% active strength. Most professional biocides operate at much lower concentrations. They also require stronger dilution rates. HybridBio Pro can dilute at ratios of up to 1:80. This produces a large volume of treatment solution from a small amount of concentrate. At the recommended application rate, just 1 litre of concentrate can treat up to 480m². That level of coverage is rare within the exterior cleaning industry.

For professional contractors, this means using less product on site. It also means fewer refills during application. Contractors can save valuable storage space in vans and units. The result is a lower treatment cost per square metre. In simple terms, you can treat more area with less product. At the same time, you maintain professional-grade performance. HybridBio Pro offers more than impressive concentration figures. One of the biggest challenges with biocide treatments involves getting the active ingredients deep into the surface. Moss, algae, and biofilm do not only grow on the surface. They establish themselves within the pores of render, concrete, roof tiles, stone, and paving. For this reason, we included ethanol in the formulation. Ethanol improves wetting and penetration performance.Why Ethanol?
Water has relatively high surface tension. As a result, it often beads on surfaces instead of spreading evenly. Ethanol behaves differently. Its lower surface tension helps the treatment solution spread more effectively. It also helps the solution penetrate deeper into porous materials. This can make a noticeable difference on heavily weathered surfaces. It can also improve results on heavily contaminated areas where standard water-based treatments struggle to penetrate evenly. The ethanol content provides another important benefit. We carefully balanced the formulation to improve wetting and penetration. Despite this, HybridBio Pro does not require classification as a flammable product. As a result, contractors gain the advantages of a solvent-assisted system. They also avoid many of the transport and storage restrictions associated with highly flammable products.HSE Licensed
HybridBio Pro has completed more than 18 months of professional field testing. We tested the product on a wide range of exterior surfaces and under varying environmental conditions.
