Description
BrickSeal Pro helps protect brick, stone, and concrete surfaces from the damaging effects of moisture. The advanced water-based formula creates an invisible barrier that reduces water absorption while allowing the surface to breathe naturally. By limiting the amount of water that enters the substrate, BrickSeal Pro helps reduce damp-related issues and supports the long-term condition of walls, masonry, and other exterior structures. It also helps discourage the growth of mould, algae, and other organic contamination that can affect appearance over time. The clear, non-film-forming treatment preserves the natural look and texture of the surface. It won’t leave a visible coating or alter the appearance of the material once dry. Suitable for both vertical and horizontal surfaces, BrickSeal Pro offers reliable protection against rain, weathering, and everyday exposure. The water-based formula applies easily and provides long-lasting protection without changing the character of the substrate.
Application:
Remove all surface contamination and debris completely prior to application. Not suitable for engineering bricks, polished, glazed and non-porous surfaces Application: Always test a small area before use to ensure compatability. Shake container well before use. Apply with a brush, roller or sprayer. Apply an even first coat at a rate of 4-5m² per litre. Once the first coat starts to soak in, apply a second coat wet on wet. Do not allow the product to dry in between coats. Avoid runs, drips or puddling by removing any excess product from each coat.
Top Tips:
Try to mist the product onto the surface rather than flooding the surface. A roller application using a masonry deep pile sleeve can give a better finish.
