Description
PureSeal BrickSeal Pro is a professional grade, invisible protective seal that will prevent water ingress on concrete and stone wall structures. It can be used on vertical and horizontal surfaces and doesn’t change the texture or the colour of the surface it has been applied to. This completely breathable product is UV and weather resistant and also prevents the regrowth of mould and algae. BrickSeal Pro is easy to apply due to it’s water based formulation.
Application:Remove all surface contamination and debris completely prior to application. Not suitable for engineering bricks, polished, glazed and non-porous surfaces Application: Always test a small area before use to ensure compatability. Shake container well before use. Apply with a brush, roller or sprayer. Apply an even first coat at a rate of 4-5m² per litre. Once the first coat starts to soak in, apply a second coat wet on wet. Do not allow the product to dry in between coats. Avoid runs, drips or puddling by removing any excess product from each coat.
Top Tips:Try to mist the product onto the surface rather than flooding the surface. A roller application using a masonry deep pile sleeve can give a better finish.
