CleanOut Pro is a specialist, non-hazardous cleaning paste that offers a controlled and effective way to remove dirt and grime from a wide range of masonry and building surfaces. Unlike traditional liquid cleaners, CleanOut Pro cleans without water, making it ideal for delicate surfaces and areas where you need to control moisture carefully.
When you apply the paste, it forms a thick, even layer that penetrates surface dirt, dust, soot, and oily residues. As the paste dries, it hardens into a durable film and traps contaminants within it.
Once the film dries fully, you can lift an edge and peel it away. The film removes the absorbed dirt and staining as it lifts from the surface. This unique process delivers an effective clean without aggressive scrubbing, rinsing, or harsh chemicals. As a result, CleanOut Pro is an excellent choice for both modern and historic buildings.
CleanOut Pro works particularly well in areas affected by smoke damage, including soot and tobacco staining. It also provides an excellent solution for routine maintenance cleaning where users prefer a rinse-free, low-toxicity product. Because the paste works in a controlled and targeted way, you can apply it precisely while protecting nearby surfaces and reducing environmental impact.

The dried film fully encapsulates dirt and staining, allowing you to remove contaminants quickly and efficiently. This process reduces clean-up time and helps prevent contaminants from spreading onto nearby surfaces. Therefore, CleanOut Pro works equally well for small spot treatments and larger cleaning projects.
However, CleanOut Pro does have some limitations. Do not use it on polished stone or marble, as it may affect the appearance of these surfaces. Heavily stained areas or deeply embedded contamination may require more than one application to achieve complete removal.

Application Process:
To apply CleanOut Pro, use a brush, roller, or spatula to create a thick, even coat approximately 0.66 mm thick when wet. Allow the applied product to dry undisturbed for 4 to 6 hours. Once dry, gently lift one edge of the film and peel it away from the surface. The dirt and contaminants will be removed along with the film, leaving the masonry clean and refreshed. If heavy staining remains after the first application, the process may be repeated as necessary. Clean all tools and equipment promptly with detergent and water after use to maintain their condition.
Cleanup and Storage:
After cleaning is complete, dispose of the used film responsibly in accordance with local waste disposal regulations. Store CleanOut Pro in its original, tightly sealed container in a cool, frost-free environment away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. The product has a shelf life of up to one year when stored correctly.
Coverage and Packaging:
Coverage rates will vary depending on the porosity and texture of the masonry surface. On average, CleanOut Pro will cover approximately 1 to 5 square metres per kg. For highly porous or heavily soiled surfaces, additional product may be required to achieve full cleaning results. CleanOut Pro is supplied in durable 1 kg and 3 kg plastic tubs, making it suitable for both small spot treatments and larger cleaning projects.
