Description

PureSeal Hydrochloric Acid 36% is a concentrated hydrochloric acid treatment for professional use only. It removes mortar spills from brickwork, cleans uncoloured concrete surfaces, and can treat efflorescence. Due to its high strength, Hydrochloric Acid 36% is ideal for removing mortar stains from new builds.

Always test a small, inconspicuous area before use to ensure surface compatibility. Dilute the product to a ratio of 6 parts water to 1 part Hydrochloric Acid 36%. If you need to have a stronger mix, then use a dilution ratio of 4 parts water to 1 part Hydrochloric Acid 36%. DO NOT use this product neat. Once diluted, apply to the surface with a sprayer that has Viton seals or use a suitable brush. Allow the product to penetrate the contamination which can take up to five minutes, agitate and rinse with clean water. Full PPE must be worn at all times whilst using this product, including gloves, breathing apparatus and safety goggles.

Take care when opening the lid and decanting due to vapours. Wear a mask. Do not allow this product to come in to contact with any alkali based product.
