GutterRepair Pro provides seamless waterproof protection in a single-pack, ready-to-use system engineered for superior durability and flexibility. Developed to perform across multiple substrates, it forms a resilient membrane that resists dirt, pollutants, standing water, and UV degradation while allowing trapped moisture vapour to escape. The result is a reliable, long-lasting waterproof finish for both new and refurbishment projects. This product is not to be confused with cheaper alternatives as GutterRepair Pro is solvent and acrylic free and is environmentally friendly.

Application Instructions:

Ensure all surfaces are clean, dry, and free from dust, dirt, grease, loose material, or any other contaminants before application. GutterRepair Pro is supplied ready for use and should not be diluted. Apply the first coat evenly using a brush or roller, achieving a minimum wet film thickness of 500 microns (0.5mm). Under normal conditions, the coating will become touch dry within 60–90 minutes. Additional coats may be applied once the previous coat is dry, ideally within 7 days of the initial application. Water repellency will occur once applied. Full cure and maximum performance are typically achieved within 7 days, depending on ambient conditions. For enhanced durability and waterproofing performance, higher film thicknesses are recommended. A total application thickness of approximately 1000 microns (1.0mm) will provide increased protection and longevity. GutterRepair Pro offers:

Coverage:

Coverage rates of up to 2m² per litre can be achieved, depending on substrate condition, surface profile, and application thickness.

Pot life:

GutterRepair Pro can be stored for up to 12 months in its original container. Once used, it is important to remove any excess product from the rim of the container, as this can make re-opening difficult. Once opened, if there is a skin on the product, simply remove this, as the product below will still be usable.

Storage:

Store in the original, tightly sealed container in a dry, well-ventilated location between 5°C and 30°C. Protect from frost, direct sunlight, and excessive heat. Keep out of the reach of children.
