PureSeal block paving and pattern imprinted concrete sealer is a high-solids solvent-based coating that seals and protects concrete surfaces. The cured coating provides a hydrophobic and oleophobic barrier, which will also slow down the growth of weeds.

The sealer can be tinted using PureSeal tinting additives to breathe life into tired pattern imprinted concrete, and low-slip granules can be added to give added protection underfoot.

Application: It is important to complete a test patch on an inconspicuous area before use to ensure compatibility with the surface. Do not use this product in temperatures above 20 degrees. To prevent trapped moisture, the surface and subbase must be completely dry before use. If this does occur, apply xylene to the surface and scrub with a brush to release the moisture.

Using this product with a roller is not advisable if you are sealing block paving. In this instance, we would advise using a sprayer to get a neat and uniformed finish. Areas to be treated must be clean, free of dust and debris and completely dry before application.

Apply two coats by brush, medium pile roller or low-pressure sprayer, second coat at 90 degrees to first. Allow a minimum of 40 minutes between coats. Designed for cement-based products & surfaces. Not suitable for honed, polished or glazed surfaces.

Coverage: 5-7m² per litre, depending on the porosity of the surface
