Description
This is our in house training course that will give you the confidence, knowledge and ability to restore the majority of vertical surfaces. This course covers the following:
Health & safety training relevant to the task in hand including:
- How to complete a COSHH assessment
- Compiling risk assessment and method statement documents
- Choosing & maintaining the correct equipment
- Choosing the correct PPE
- Handling & storing chemicals
- The necessary licenses required for high level work
The remainder of the course will be aimed at identifying, cleaning, preparing and sealing (if applicable) the following surfaces:
- Stone Buildings and Structures
- Brick and Block Work
- Render & Associated Coatings
- Industrial Cladding
- Timber Decking & Structures
We will also teach you how to do the following:
- Identify different types of Organic Growth
- Treating & removing everyday stains
- How to create maintenance plans16
The above is a brief breakdown of what we touch on but there are also giveaways on the day which will be vital in the day to day running of your business.
Training will take place at our selected venue, the stunning White Lion Restaurant & Hotel, Weston, Crewe. Tea and coffee will be provided throughout the day along with breakfast sandwiches and lunch. Any specific dietry requirements must be given in the notes section of your order.
Upon completion of the course you will receive your CPD approved certificate, Nebosh endorsed certificate, City & Guilds digital credential and will become a PureSeal Approved Applicator which has many benefits.
