PureSeal ClingFilm Pro is our label compliant sodium hypochlorite based gel that is both thin enough to spray and thick enough to cling.

PureSeal ClingFilm Pro is a sodium hypochlorite based gel that clings to vertical surfaces but can also be used on ground surfaces. It’s powerful and fast acting formula is effective at removing stubborn unwanted staining off most surfaces. It can be applied using a sprayer or backpack set up.

ClingFilm Pro is formulated using a unique blend of sodium hypochlorite, surfactants and wetting agents that give it a gel consistency. This is sprayable and easy to move across all surfaces ensuring you get the best coverage rate. ClingFilm Pro clings to the surface allowing longer contact times enhancing cleaning performance.

ClingFilm Pro, used alongside BioClear Pro or BacClear will produce faster results than using a biocide treatment alone. Mechanical removal with a pressure washer is also acceptable prior to using ClingFilm Pro.

ClingFilm Pro is a simple, effective and powerful cleaner. Simply apply the desired amount by sprayer, brush or roller. Agitate the product and leave to penetrate the staining for 20-30 minutes then rinse off. For severe stains a reapplication maybe required.

ClingFilm Pro is ready to use so does not require diluting. The viscosity of the gel enables it to be pumped through a water fed pole system using a brush head or a fan jet. ClingFilm Pro is thinner than most gels enabling it to be used successfully with a brush head instead of accumulating in the brush head and falling to the floor. ClingFilm Pro cannot be sprayed through a cone nozzle so fan jets will be required.

Due to the viscosity of ClingFilm Pro it has high adhesion values and clings to the surface it has been applied to. It doesn’t penetrate rendered surfaces and remains on the surface for longer. Increased contact times makes cleaning a faster process offering instant results against fungal staining.

When using ClingFilm Pro on render and brickwork and biofilm is present, to meet with HSE regulations it is advised that a pretreatment with a HSE approved biocide is applied and rinsed off after 40 minutes or a thorough clean with a pressure washer to remove such growth is advisable. We recommend the use of BioClear Pro or BacClear Pro for the pretreatment.

Once the treated surface is dry, apply ClingFilm Pro. We advise spraying it on to the surface with fan jets and then move the gel over the surface with a brush or roller or you can simply use a water fed pole with a brush attachment. This will ensure you get the best coverage rates. ClingFilm Pro should be applied at a rate of 8m² per depending on the texture of the surface it’s being applied to.
